As well as using all of these tools you shared, I find it wierdly comforting when I’m in an anxious state (which inevitably means I’m constantly thinking and ruminating ahead to the future) to remind myself that time essentially doesn’t exist and we are not moving through time to the next thing/project/whatever, merely, time is just happening to us ahd all we can do is just ‘be’ and trust that all will work out, which it absolutely will!
