All of these things, as someone who is close to turning forty I think a lot of us women struggle with all of the things you have discussed today. Thank you for the reminder that we are all in this together, to put ourselves first and to have different expectations then those typically laid out for our gender and age. I absolutely LOVE this, as someone who is turning 41 in a few months it's easy to get sucked into the corporate, patriarchal world of comparison (usually with women 10/15/20 years younger) and inadequacy, but these are some SERIOUS rules to live by.
