Today I'm Changing My Life

Oh boy...I'm really doing this!

Today marks the start of a new era for me.

Today I launch my new business - Bangs The Consistency Coach.

I’ve been coaching for about two years. I had a successful year with it last year, but something about it kind of felt a little off for me. I felt something was missing, or not quite connecting right.

I was also trying to balance it with a full time job. Feeling pulled in that direction when I really wanted to go in this direction was becoming more and more difficult to manage.

At the start of this year, I decided to really dig into what about my coaching was feeling off. Before, it was a bit too general - I was connecting and having great results with clients but I felt it could be deeper, more impactful.

Then the lightbulb moment came when I realised I spent so much of my sessions talking about consistency, developing good habits, finding ritual in routine and the growth, self exploration and understanding that is born out of that.

And TA-DAAAA! I’m The Consistency Coach - because, of course I am! For anyone who follows me on Instagram and sees the little challenges I set myself that I do daily, it probably seems like a no brainer and I agree (evidently, it just took my brain a little while to catch up!)

Anyway, about three weeks ago, while fully in the throws of planning for this relaunch, I quit my job. I am so passionate about this direction and what I want to do with this coaching business, it’s time to go all in. I’ve spent a lot of my life building other people’s businesses - now it’s time to give that energy to growing my own thing.

I’m so frikkin’ excited (and sure, yeah, OK…maybe slightly terrified too). There comes a time in life where you have to go after what you want, on your own terms, with vigour and urgency, because we really just have this one life and you’re done treating it like a practice round.

That’s where I’m at. So, I’m diving in with both feet, extremely proud of what I’m building and so very excited about who I’ll be able to help and the growth I’ll be able to experience from that. This is about to be one helluva ride!
