Happy Thursday, ya beauties!
Kicking it off this week with….me! My 30 day group coaching program is back, starting March 4th and I totes think you should sign up. This is an excellent way to dip your toe into coaching that’ll help you develop healthy habits, challenge the things that have been holding you back and cultivate the mindset that gets you consistent on the road to your goals.
To be able to do this in a group of likeminded women gives you the energy, motivation, support and community that elevates you in the most loving, awesome way.
I had 30 women in my January coaching group and it was a transformative experience for all involved.
It’s just £40 / $68 for the 30 days. An absolute steal!
Moving into Spring is the perfect time to have a little reset - invest in yourself, babe - you’re worth it.
Food for thought
A reminder that you are allowed give yourself a time out. If life, that project, the relationship, the job hunt, whatever it may be, is just relentless right now and you’ve stalled, can’t make progress, feel your stress skyrocketing or can sense the rage tears are on their way….give yourself a time out. Hit the bench, grab a water, stretch a little. Breathe. Strategise. Regroup. Then when the whistle blows, get back in the game. Sometimes, a little break, some distance and a few deep breaths are all you need for a perspective shift.
You should upgrade to the paid version of The Murmuration because…
On Monday’s paid edition of the letter, I’m talking about how to sit through the uncomfortable phases of life. You know the ones; those growth periods, where it seems like nothing is going right, everything is against you and whatever you try, it feels like you take two steps forward and ten steps back. On Monday I’ll be sharing my tips on how to navigate through those times without punching holes in walls or screaming into the void. Upgrade to paid and join me!
Your weekly Biggie Smalls (P)update
This week, Biggie would like to encourage you to find a sunny spot and stand in it for a while. Let the sun beam on your face, close your eyes, feel the warmth, take in that vitamin D. Biggie says it gives him the feel goods and he thinks you should have that too.
Go for a ride!
If you haven’t signed up for Studio Bangs yet, what’s the hold up?! There’s some great rides going up on there every week - some of my recent faves include 90s Dance Classics, New York Rap and maybe the most fun I’ve had on a bike recently…the Motown ride. Whew! Excellent times! I’ve an Usher ride ready to launch next week, along with some other goodies.
Go ahead and check it out - you get a 7 day free trial, so you’ve nothing to lose.
See you on the bike!
Until next week; smile at strangers, spread good vibes, be nice to people.
