Happy Thursday, ya beauties!
Kicking it off this week by letting you know, my 1-2-1 coaching is BACK!
I put a pause on 1-2-1s for most of the year while I got everything in place with Studio Bangs, but now that it’s up, running and doing its thing, I can back to adding what I luuurrrvvvv back to my repertoire. And coaching you to help get you unstuck and boldly stepping into the juicy life that awaits you is truly, one of my favourite things ever.
The first three people to sign up in January will get $400 off an 8 session package. If you are looking to make some big moves next year and need someone to hold your hand, cheer for you and keep you accountable, I’m your coach.

Things that caught my eye this week
If you’re looking for something juicy to watch this holiday season, look no further than Sweet Bobby (though, fair warning, it ain’t exactly festive!). I listened to the podcast version of this when it dropped last year and remember having several jaw drops throughout, but I forgot how completely batshit this whole story is until I watched the documentary.
It’s all about Kirat, a London gal who was looking for love, but found herself being catfished. This phenomenon of catfishing really has to be studied because what in the actual hell are people doing?! What’s the point? It’s so confusing. But it does serve as a good reminder to be vigilant about who you engage with online.
Food for thought
As you reflect on your year, I hope you don’t reduce it down to just the big goal-achieving moments. Don’t discount all the little moments that may not have moved the needle on your big life plans all that much, but they did make up the fabric of your life. The sunsets, the dancing in the rain at that festival, the laughing til you cried with your bestie, the laying in bed on Sunday morning listening to soul music while you read, the dinners at the restaurant where you were the last to leave. Don’t reduce your life to achievements. There are a million little moments that happen every day that make your life worth living and achievement have nothing to do with them. Don’t forget the small stuff.
Grab your group coaching spot
I’m running a 30 day coaching group in January to help you kick start your year clear, calm and focused. I had an amazing group of women take part last year and it was such a supportive, inspiring month.
Here’s what one of last year’s participants had to say:
“Not only was this a fun group to be a part of, but the insights Bangs provided, along with all of us holding each other accountable made everything feel so much more achievable. Bangs provides these little nuggets of information and it got me seeing/thinking about things in a totally different light a lot of the time. It’s like I turned the object I was looking at, and was seeing a new side of it. The best start to my new year. A true highlight. Thank you Bangs!”
If you have previously found yourself not following through on your goals, this 30 days coaching program gives you a framework that shows you exactly how to get unstuck and be able to turn those dreams into action in a realistic way.
It’s just $68 for the 30 days.
Come join us - it’s so worth it!
You should upgrade to the paid edition of The Murmuration because…
On Monday’s edition of the letter, I’m going to be reviewing my year; lessons learns, the wins, the losses and the energy I hope to carry into next year. Taking an audit of your life at the end of the year, reflecting on what worked and what didn’t is always a really interesting practice. Join me on Monday - I’d love to hear your highlights and lessons.
Your Weekly Biggie Smalls (p)Update
This week Biggie would like to remind you to take time for yourself this holiday season. It can be a crazy, stress-filled time. If there are any family tensions, they are bound to flare around this time of year. Take time to ground yourself, meditate, do some breathing exercises, take a nap, lounge around and watch some cheesy movies. You are still entitled to your own time, even when everyone else is vying for it. Put your own oxygen mask on first, n’ all that, says Biggie.
I just want to say thank you so much for taking time out of your day to read these lil missives I send every week. It really does mean the world to me. I hope you’ve enjoyed the content this year. If there are things you’d like to see more of, topics you’d like me to cover, please do feel free to email me any time. I always love to hear from you.
Until next year; smile at strangers, spread good vibes, be nice to people.
