Happy Thursday, you beauties.
Kicking it off this week by recognising the enduring badassery of Zsa Zsa Gabor. Five years after her death, her ashes have finally been laid to rest in her native Hungary. The ashes were flown there first class, on a flight with champagne and caviar, because even in death, she was goddamn fabulous.
Things that caught my eye this week:
Megan Fox is back on the scene and is, evidently, not taking any shit.
"I had this incredible breakthrough, and I realized that I had been living in a self-imposed prison for so long because I let other people tell me who I was or what I wasn't. I hid because I was hurt."
Last year I got obsessed with that Netflix series about Formula 1. I knew nothing about the sport but it was really interesting to learn all about the behind the scenes and the politics of it. Anyway, turns out, there’s a whole women-racing-cars league that I knew nothing about. I will watch those races for sure. Women being utterly badass in insanely speedy cars taking on some of the best race courses in the world? Yes please!
This little list of things to love about ageing might give you a smile.
I could not relate more to this piece on making new friends at 35.
On Monday’s paid edition of The Murmuration, I’m talking about passion and purpose and how to get that back if it feels like you’ve lost your way. My passion is teaching spin. I get a buzz from that like nothing else.
For those who don’t do it, it’s tough to explain what goes down in those dark, sweaty rooms. If only they knew the hours that go into tinkering a playlist to perfection, the planning it takes to guide a room full of strangers to access the deepest parts of themselves, the special skill set you need to take someone from emotional depletion to absolute euphoria. I’m not just a spin instructor. I’m a DJ, a maestro, a therapist, a cheerleader, a smile-bringer, a holder of space, a sherpa taking you on a journey to channel the very best of yourself.
And I’m really fucking good at it.
Essentially, spin is being of service to people. You feel crappy, you spin, I help you feel better. That is my purpose, my passion, my why.

Your weekly Biggie update. He’s here to remind you that he is, in fact, still utterly adorable, in case any of you were remotely concerned about that.
Until next week, smile at strangers, spread good vibes, be nice to people.
