Happy Thursday, ya beauties!
Kicking it off this week with Martha Stewart being on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. EIGHTY ONE YEAR OLD Martha Stewart being on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. Go ‘head Martha! Out here looking like a whole snack. Very much here for the acknowledgement that older women are sexy and can serve on magazine covers.
She looks like an absolutely smoke show. Excellent work. No notes. More of this please.
Things that caught my eye this week
I had a bit of a rant over on my Instagram last week about my reasons for leaving Halifax, Nova Scotia, one of which being the extreme loneliness and isolation I’ve felt here. I was a bit bowled over by the sheer number of DMs I received from people saying they could relate. It was pretty heartbreaking to be honest. Anyway, I found this article about how to feel less lonely as you get older and while it is clearly aimed at older people, I think all of the tips are really solid. I’ll be making more of an effort to implement a fair few of them when I make my move to Montreal.
Food for Thought
If you have no control over a situation, stressing about it won’t bring the control you want. Why waste the energy? Channel that into the things you can control - focus yourself on the things that keep you focused, thriving and in your joy. when you’re vibrating on that frequency, the other shit takes care of itself.

Your weekly Biggie Smalls (P)update
This week Biggie wants to encourage you to tune in to your inner peace, make time for stillness, indulge in some breath work, maybe a bath by candlelight with a touch of meditation. Your soul deserves to feel at peace. Create an environment where it does.
Ready to feel the change?
I currently have space to take on two clients for my ChangeMaker coaching program and holy moly, you do not want to miss out. I frikkin’ love facilitating this program for people.
If you are ready to work through your blockages and lay the foundation for a new, more confident, productive, consistent version of yourself, I highly advise you nab one of those spots for yourself.
Until next week; smile at strangers, spread good vibes, be nice to people.
