I’ve written about this before, I’m sure; how if you’re not following the traditional markers of success as a woman, it reaches a point where you just stop getting celebrated. You show up, participate and buy all the gifts for the engagement, the wedding, the baby shower, the christening…and on it goes - but if you’re choosing to not follow that trajectory yourself, when do you get celebrated?
