On Ageing Parents

and tough conversations

Part of the reason I moved to Nova Scotia is because my parents decided to retire here. I didn’t want to be an ocean away as they age.

It’s weird, being this age, and realising that this is when the tables turn. This is when we now have to look after our parents. They’ve done their job, now it’s our turn.
